လူကြီးမင်း၏ Order များကို ရုံးချိန်အတွင်း ဖုန်းဖြင့်ဆက်သွယ်ကာ အတည်ပြု (Confirmation) ပြုလုပ်ပေးပါသည်။

ဖုန်းဖြင့်ဆက်သွယ်မရရှိပါက Order ကိုဆက်လက်မထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သဖြင့် အလိုအလျောက်ပယ်ဖျက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

Order ကိုအတည်ပြုပြီးပါက နောက်တနေ့ နေ့လည် ၁၂ နာရီအထိသာ Stock ကိုထိန်းသိမ်းထားပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဈေးနှုန်းအတက်အကျများ မကြာခဏဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့်အတွက် Order အတည်ပြုပြီး ၃ နာရီအတွင်း ငွေပေးချေမှုပြုလုပ်ပေးရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါသည်။

သတ်မှတ်ချိန်အတွင်း ငွေပေးချေမှု မပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါက လက်ရှိဈေးနှုန်းအတက်အကျအတိုင်း ပြန်လည်တွက်ချက်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

2 Year Warranty

XtraSure မှ ဝန်ဆောင်ပေးနေသော Dyson ပစ္စည်းများ၏ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များ -

  1. အာမခံသက်တမ်း (Warranty Period) ကို ဝယ်ယူသည့် နေ့ရက်မှစ၍ အာမခံသက်တမ်း (၂) နှစ်အပြည့် ပေးပါသည်။
  2. ဆိုင်သို့ ကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်ဝယ်ယူသော Customer များကို ပစ္စည်းအခြေအနေ ကောင်းမွန်မှု ရှိ/မရှိ နှင့် စက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ဆိုင်တွင် တစ်ခါတည်း စမ်းသပ်စစ်ဆေးပြီးမှသာ သေချာစွာ ရောင်းချပေးပါသည်။
  3. Factory Error ရှိလာပါက Customer ဘက်မှ ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံရရှိပြီး တစ်ပတ်အတွင်း(within one week) အကြောင်းကြားရပါမည်။
  4. Store တွင် စမ်းသပ်၀ယ်ယူပြီးနောက်ပိုင်း မိမိနေအိမ်ရှိ မီးအားမတည်ငြိမ်မှု၊ voltage မကိုက်ညီမှုကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးမှု၊ မှားယွင်းစွာ အသုံးပြုမှုနှင့် မိမိဘာသာ ဖွင့်ဖောက်စမ်းသပ်ထားခြင်းများအတွက် Dyson by iSure မှ တာ၀န်ယူဖြေရှင်းပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
  5. Packing အလုံး (Sealed Box) အတိုင်း ၀ယ်ယူမှုအတွက် Delivery ဖြင့် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးရသော အော်ဒါများတွင် third party delivery သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်သူဘက်မှ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ပြုတ်ကျ၊ ရေ၀င်၊ ပွန်းပဲ့ထိခိုက်ရာများကို Dyson by iSure မှ တာ၀န်ယူဖြေရှင်းပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
  6. Packing အလုံး (Sealed Box) အတိုင်း ၀ယ်ယူမှုအတွက် customer ဘက်မှ unboxing video ရိုက်ကူးထားခြင်း မရှိသော ပစ္စည်းများကို တာ၀န်ယူဖြေရှင်းပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
  7. Warranty ကင်းလွတ်သော အခြေအနေရှိ ပစ္စည်းများကိုလည်း Singapore ရှိ Dyson Service Center သို့ ပို့ဆောင်၍ လိုအပ်သော ၀န်ဆောင်မှုများကို ရယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
  8. Warranty claim အတွက် proof of purchase (၀ယ်ယူသော invoice သို့မဟုတ် နေ့စွဲနှင့် ဆိုင်အမည်)၊ product name၊ serial number နှင့် ၀ယ်ယူထားသော ဘူးခွံ လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အချက်အလက်များ ပြည့်စုံမှု မရှိပါက Dyson ဘက်မှ လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
  9. Warranty issue ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက အဆိုပါ ပစ္စည်းကို စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံရှိ Service Center သို့ တိုက်ရိုက် ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်၍ လိုအပ်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို နှစ်ပတ်(၁၄ ရက်) မှ တစ်လ(၃၀ ရက်)အတွင်း ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
  10. ၀ယ်ယူပြီးသော ပစ္စည်းအား Dyson by iSure မှ ၀ယ်ယူထားသော ပစ္စည်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း မှန်ကန်ပါက packing အလုံးအတိုင်း အလိုက်ပေး၍ အလဲအထပ် ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းမှအပ မည်သည့်အကြောင်းကြောင့်မျှ refund ပြန်ထုတ်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
