  • Trade-in Service များကို iPhone 11 Series မှ စပြီးလုပ်ဆောင်လို့ရနိုင်ပါသည်။ 
  • Trade-in Service သည် Old Device အား iPhone 11 Series မှ iPhone 16 Series ထိ လဲလှယ်ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
  • iPhone 17 Series အား Trade-in Service လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်၍ မရနိုင်သေးပါ။
  • Brand New Packing နှင့် Non-activated များအား XtraSure/ iSure မှ ဝယ်ယူထားသော Device များသာ Trade-in ကောက်ခံပေးပါမည်။
  • Trade-in ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် Trade Up သာ ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Trade Down မပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါ။
  • Trade-in သည် ဆိုင်ရှိ ကြိုက်နှစ်သက်ရာ Apple Device to Apple Device လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပါသည်။ 2 Devices to 1 Device လည်း ရယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ (မှတ်ချက်- Device အဟောင်း Amount ထက် ပိုများသော Apple Device ကိုသာ Trade-in ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Refund မဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါ။)
  • iPhone 13 Series မှ စတင်ပြီး LL/A Region အား Trade-in မကောက်ခံပါ။
  • iPhone 15 Pro/ Pro Max, iPhone 16 Series အား CH/A Region မကောက်ခံပါ။
  • Dubai Region (AE) Device နှင့် Europe ဘက်မှ Region များ အား မကောက်ခံပါ။
  • Refurbished Device, Unknown Part ပေါ်နေသော Device များ အား မကောက်ခံပါ။
  • Battery Service ပြနေသော Device များအား Battery Service Charges နှုတ်ပြီး ကောက်ခံပေးပါမည်။
  • Apple ဘက်မှ Official Repair or Replacement ပြုလုပ်ပေးထားသော Genuine Part Device များအား ကောက်ခံပါမည်။
  • Trade-in ပြုလုပ်သည့် Deviceများသည် Device Conditions ကို စစ်ဆေးချိန်တွင် ချက်ချင်းမသိရှိနိုင်သော Error များ ရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် စစ်ဆေးပြီး စျေးသတ်မှတ်ပြီးသော်လည်း Data ကူးပြီး Device အား Erase ချပြီးမှ Error ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်ပါသည်။
  • Reset ချပြီးမှ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာနိုင်သော Error များ၊ LCD Green Screen များ၊ Camera Spot များဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
  • Error ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသည့် Error အစိတ်အပိုင်း ၏တန်ဖိုးအလိုက် စျေးနှုန်းများ ထပ်မံနုတ်ယူမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
  • Trade-in Device များအား Data ကူးသည့်အချိန်နှင့် Reset ချသည့်အချိန်တွင် Customer ကိုယ်တိုင်စောင့်ဆိုင်းပေးရပါမည်။
