Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Designing and Delivering Training Programs: Create and conduct training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the sales team members.
- Assessing Progress: Evaluate the individual progress of team members and provide necessary feedback and recommendations.
- Preparing Training Materials: Develop training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Training New Sales Team Members: Train new sales team members on the company’s products, ser-vices, and sales strategies to ensure they have a thorough understanding.
- Monitoring Sales Performance: Monitor the performance of the sales team and implement necessary improvements and changes.
- Measuring Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and report on the out-comes.
