Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain an attractive and organized showroom layout that highlights product features and encourages sales. Implement visual merchandising strategies.
• Overview showroom rating, staff attire policy, customer service.
• Build meaningful customer relationship and aware of customer behaviors and follow up customer aftersales service.
• Oversee daily conversion rate, inventory levels, restocking, and product displays. Ensure that the showroom is well-stocked with the devices and accessories.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, including daily sales, inventory levels and order forecast.
• Monitor day to day operation process, sales process and inventory control and checking system and ground.
• Overview store checklist and sales team report, customer feedback.
• Manage and participate with marketing teams for in-store event, seasonal sales promotions and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, sales and slow-moving items.
• Monitor market analysis and competitor Activities.
• Lead Mentor and motivate the sales team member to achieve sales target and high standard of customer service.
• Analyze the sales, Inventory and customer data report to the management team.
• Continuously train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

• Any Graduate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin-istration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Sales or Showroom Management.
• Must have knowledge and experience in Apple Products and Third-party accessories.
• Must have experience skills in Sales and Customer Service, Inventory Management and Analytical and Problem-Solving skill.
• Strong Leadership and Team Management Abilities.
• Must have Visual Merchandising Skill.
• Branch In-Charge able to create reports, charts and graphs that are legible and comprehensive.
