Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Product selling for Devices and Accessories.
- Recommend the compatible Accessories with Device.
- Arrange Pick-up Orders and Processing Online Orders.
- Handle the Trade-in and Warranty Process.
- Handle customer complain and team member conflict.
- Explain the right information of warranty policies.
- Creating Apple ID, Recovery for iCloud, Communicate with Apple Support.
- Installing Software, Essential App for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
- Restore and Update Software.
- Processing for MacBook Password Reset.
- Solving common software error.
- Inventory stock count and check stock take master.
- Checking and filling accessories stocks and inform to Sales Admin.
- Can control the stock missing, damage and reject items.
- Can review Sales Report by category and Sales Analysis.
- Report the fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Report Customer Feedback and Team Member Feedback.
- Prepare Training Plan and Sharing Product Knowledge to New Member.
- Can advise the Marketing Idea and Promotion.
- Cleaning Showroom Area and Workplace.
- Build meaningful relationship with Customer and fulfill with Customer’s Requirements.
Job Specification
- Any Graduate.
- Sales Experience (3) Years Above and Supervisor Level (2) Years Experience.
- Age Between (25 to 35)
- Good Computer Skills (Excel, Word)
- Good Time Management Skills and Leadership Skill.
- Good Attitude, Communication & Teamwork Skill.
