Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Need to submit the orders and RMA lists correctly to vendors based on the Merchandising Team requisition.
- Negotiate pricing and order confirmation with vendors. If there are any unavailable items, need to confirm back with Merchandising Team in time.
- Need to take note the RMA replacement items and Credit Notes.
- Ensure accuracy in final PO, Packing List and collaborate with Finance Team to proceed payment process.
- Coordinate with Logistic Team for the order’s ship out plan and timely delivery.
- Need to confirm with Merchandising Team for the Carriage Inward Charges and delivery costs.
- Handle the payment process with Finance Team for the outsource forwarders.
- Need to maintain the documents in confidential.
Job Specification
- Any Graduated. More Prefer to have the certificate / Diploma completion with Supply chain and logistic.
- Must have 2 years experiences in related field.
- Negotiation/Supplier Management: The ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices and terms.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams. Business English and Emails, Excel (Basic).
- Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking: The capacity to plan and execute procurement strategies that align with business goals.
