Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Upload Facebook Page Sale Post
- To collect the order from phone call, comment & message box inquiry.
- Transfer the order information to sales admin to proceed delivery process.
- Any related software usage if necessary, to collect the order & team management.
- Need to know the online/offline promotion & any update the management.
Job Specification
- Any Graduated.
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office (MS Word/ Excel Sheets, Power Point...)
- Skilled at Photo editing ( Canva, other Photoshop Software)
- Acceptable professional customer service experiences.
- Must have Appearance with kind and humble.
- Able to handle customer complaints with good conflict resolution skill.
- Strong Communication and Teamwork.
- If needed, have to handle Live Sale
