Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across different platforms.
- Support candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and professional networking.
- Review applications and help in shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
- Support new hire orientation sessions.
- Maintain recruitment records and update databases.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with over 1 year of HR/recruitment experiences are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and career website is a plus.
