Job Description
- Increase the online sales order quantity.
- To collect the order from phone call & message box inquiry.
- Transfer the order information to sales admin if collected the order.
- Handling on facebook chat box reply & phone call.
- Any related software usage if necessary, to collect the order & team management.
- Need to know the online/offline promotion & any update the management.
- Connecting other branch and departments inquires for smoothly sales and customer services.
- Message Inquiry need to answer under the SLA & other rules.

Job Specification
- Any Graduated.
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office (MS Word/ Excel Sheets, Power Point...)
- Skilled at Photo editing ( Canva, other Photpshop Software)
- Acceptable professional customer service experiences.
- Must have Appearance with kind and humble.
- Able to handle customer complaints with good conflict resolution skill.
- Strong Communication and Teamwork.
