Expected Duties and Responsibilities
- Junior Graphic Designer ဟာ Marketing & Creative Team ထဲမှာပါဝင်ပြီး Brand identity ကိုအောင်မြင်စွာ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ဖို့ တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Senior Designer သို့မဟုတ် Design Lead ရဲ့ ညွှန်ကြားမှုအောက်မှာ daily creative tasks တွေကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Job Description
- Social media content, Ads creative, Posters, Banners, Flyers စတဲ့ marketing collateral များကို design & layout ပြုလုပ်ရန်
- Senior Designer/Marketing team ရဲ့ creative brief အတိုင်း Artwork တည်ဆောက်ရန်
- Branding guideline, Typography, Color usage, Visual identity ကိုလိုက်နာရန်
- အချိန်မီ project deadline များကိုပြည့်မီအောင် တာဝန်ယူရန်
- File management, artwork formatting, print-ready file အဆင်သင့်ပြင်ဆင်ပေးရန်
- အသစ်ထွက်နေသော design trends, tools, creative references များကို လေ့လာပြီး အဖွဲ့အတွက် ထပ်မံကူညီရန်
Job Specification
- Diploma/Certificate (or higher) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) တွင်ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်
- Canva, Figma တို့နဲ့အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပါက အားသာချက်
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, time management skill ကောင်းသူ
- Teamwork အတွက် communication skill ကောင်းပြီး feedback လက်ခံနိုင်သူ
- အသစ်ထွက်နေသော trends နဲ့အဆက်မပြတ် လေ့လာချင်စိတ်ရှိသူ
- Social media design experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, After Effects) ရင်နှီးသူ
- Print production knowledge ရှိသူ
