Job Description
Lead & Manage IT Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal IT team
- Prioritize incoming requests and drive efficient project execution
- Protect the tech lead from excessive load and streamline support workflows
Partner with the CEO
- Translate CEO’s commercial and product vision into a tech execution roadmap
- Act as primary point of contact for outsourced loyalty app vendor
- Propose new system features, workflows, or tools to enhance business efficiency
Optimize Digital Infrastructure
- Ensure effective use and ongoing improvement of existing systems
- Improve automation, integrations, and feature deployment across tools
- Monitor website performance and prioritize updates to improve conversion
Drive Innovation
- Proactively explore digital solutions that could improve operations or customer experience
- Benchmark vendors, evaluate alternatives, and manage migration when needed
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
- Master in Information Systems / Digital Transformation.
- Over 7 years experience in IT or digital systems leadership.
- Experience working with loyalty apps or e-commerce systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Empathy and conflict resolution abilities.
- Skilled in project management, sprint planning, and team leadership.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business, ops, and product teams.
