Expected Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Design, implement, maintain, install, configure, and support the company's IT infrastructure. This includes ensuring the stability and efficiency of network systems, servers, and software applications critical to business operations, ensuring they meet user needs and are up-to-date.
  • Participate in IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with vendors and other departments as necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR (Network Video Recorder), and related software, ensuring continuous monitoring and recording.
  • Work with specific technologies and products such as Ruijie, Hikvision, MikroTik, and UniFi for network and surveillance solutions, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.
  • Configure and maintain 3CX phone systems and IP phones, including devices from Yealink, to ensure reliable and efficient communication.
  • Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventories, ensuring accurate
    records are maintained and assets are utilized efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage internet service bills, and IT assets, ensuring timely payments and tracking usage to optimize costs.
  • Generate regular reports on IT infrastructure performance, security incidents, and project progress, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux). Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, including NVR, and related software.
  • Knowledge of WiFi technologies and internet access points. Experience with configuring and maintaining ONU, switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
  • Familiarity with vendor-specific technologies such as Ruijie, Hikvision, MikroTik, and UniFi.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call when necessary.
  • Enable to travel to different office locations if required.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry moderately heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
