Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Formulate HR Strategies (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Retention, Performance Management) in line with company objectives.
- Establish and Implement HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Systematically Manage HR processes such as Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Database, and Performance Tracking using HR Software.
- Utilize software data for HR analytics to support decision-making.
- Monitor employee performance and organize necessary training programs.
- Implement and utilize the Performance Appraisal System within HR Software.
- Promote corporate culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop leadership development programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Weekly & Monthly report to Management Team.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Related Field. SHRMCP, PHR is a plus.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Over (5) Years Experience in related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, Communication, and Leadership Skills.
- Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Can work at any level.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
- Empathy and conflict resolution abilities.
- Office-based environment with occasional travel.
