Expected Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Formulate HR Strategies (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Retention, Performance Management) in line with company objectives.
  • Establish and Implement HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Systematically Manage HR processes such as Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Database, and Performance Tracking using HR Software.
  • Utilize software data for HR analytics to support decision-making.
  • Monitor employee performance and organize necessary training programs.
  • Implement and utilize the Performance Appraisal System within HR Software.
  • Promote corporate culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop leadership development programs.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Weekly & Monthly report to Management Team.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Related Field. SHRMCP, PHR is a plus.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Over (5) Years Experience in related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, Communication, and Leadership Skills.
  • Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Can work at any level.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Empathy and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Office-based environment with occasional travel.
