Expected Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Daily attendance, checking absents, shift management. (YGN and MDY staff)
  • Handling software errors and employee complaints.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare and manage paperwork for HR policies and procedures. (Action form, Recommendation letter, Department transfer letter, Staff Promotion letter, etc.)
  • Checking employees for travel allowance when travelling and other employee benefits such as meal allowance.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits.
  • Providing update information to the Manager & HR Executive.
  •  Filing employee update data (letters, loan contract, forms, Performance appraisal)
  • Provide ID card for permanent employee and promoted employee.
  • Checking advanced Salary request with salary, leaves and compensate.
  • Reporting daily activities to the Manager.
  • Follow and assist the Manager’s instructions and reporting update information.
  • Assist the team and other team member’s needs.

Job Specification

  • Any Graduated. (or) Certificate in Human Resource Management.
  • Over 1 years’ experience in related field.
  • Experience in using the software is a plus.
  • Able to use computer, able to control documents, able to cash handling.
  • Fast learning and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork.
  • Can work at any branches.
