Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Daily attendance, checking absents, shift management. (YGN and MDY staff)
- Handling software errors and employee complaints.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare and manage paperwork for HR policies and procedures. (Action form, Recommendation letter, Department transfer letter, Staff Promotion letter, etc.)
- Checking employees for travel allowance when travelling and other employee benefits such as meal allowance.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits.
- Providing update information to the Manager & HR Executive.
- Filing employee update data (letters, loan contract, forms, Performance appraisal)
- Provide ID card for permanent employee and promoted employee.
- Checking advanced Salary request with salary, leaves and compensate.
- Reporting daily activities to the Manager.
- Follow and assist the Manager’s instructions and reporting update information.
- Assist the team and other team member’s needs.
Job Specification
- Any Graduated. (or) Certificate in Human Resource Management.
- Over 1 years’ experience in related field.
- Experience in using the software is a plus.
- Able to use computer, able to control documents, able to cash handling.
- Fast learning and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Can work at any branches.
