Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Responsible for delivering VIP customer service, showroom operations, and supporting Apple retail standards. Handles customer issues, staff training, Visual merchandising, and performance analysis while assisting in policy implementation and operational improvements.
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service for iPhone and Apple product buyers.
- Resolve customer complaints, returns, and inquiries efficiently and diplomatically.
- Implement loyalty programs, VIP services, and after-sales support to enhance retention.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, adhering to Apple’s retail standards and SOPs
- Oversee visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support to Deputy Retail Operation Manager and Retail Operation Manager for develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Enhanced in training (Creation for training content , schedule , video formatting, Apple product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence to employees and ensuring all team members understand their responsibilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of operation staffs and ensure consistent implementation of company policies.
- Oversee daily operations issues with CCTV and outlet visit to ensure high levels of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Weekly analysis for individual staffs performance and prepare reporting to retails operation manager.
- Identify issues or risks in operations and implement timely solutions.
