Expected Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Manage & maintain servers, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Primary escalation point for internal helpdesk requests.
  • Execute user lifecycle management (Onboarding/Offboarding) via Active Directory/Entra ID.
  • Administer permissions, group policies, and MDM solutions.
  • Monitor daily backups and ensure "zero-loss" data recovery readiness.
  • Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory and SOP documentation.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration or high-level helpdesk.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS & Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience in EntraID, Intune, Jumpcloud, Zapier, or ERP/CRM systems.
