Expected Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist in identifying and developing new partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries from potential corporate partners, providing information and fostering collaborations.
  • Address the tech needs of corporate partners and their employees, offering tailored solutions, quotations, and support.
  • Explore and approach new corporate customers to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Follow up on partnership discussions, support negotiations, and assist in closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between XtraSure and partner companies.
  • Oversee inventory needs, stock transfers, and requests to meet corporate demand for events and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely stock availability for projects and campaigns.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails with prospective and existing partners.
  • Ensure smooth communication and support to partners throughout the sales and partnership process.
  • Provide assistance in preparing sales and partnership reports as required.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relations (preferably in technology or retail).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic
    accounting software.
  • Ability to train and lead others effectively and go to different shop locations when required.
