Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of office infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff (receptionists, clerks, etc.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
- Monitor administrative budgets and expenses.
- Optimize resource allocation for cost efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage contracts and negotiations for office-related services.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Handle confidential documents and data securely.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes when required.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Implement tools or software to streamline workflows.
- To coordinate and manage all living requirements for hostel residents, enforce hostel rules and regulations, oversee cleanliness, security, and maintenance operations of the hostel facilities.

Job Specification
- Any Graduated. (or) Diploma in Office Administration.
- Certification in Office Management or Project Management.
- Experience in specific industry [e.g., Retail industry]
- Minimum (5) Years Experience in Administrative Roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Leadership, Problem-Solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Having a good language skill strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of budgeting and office software.
