Job Description
- Supervise daily office operations and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing administrative staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Oversee office maintenance activities and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades to office equipment or facilities.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and cleaning accessories.
- Assist in budgeting for administrative expenses.
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Support employee needs for office facilities and supplies.
Job Specification
- Any Graduate.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum (3) Years Experiences in Admin Management Role.
- Must have strong knowledge in overall Admin Functions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Power Point).
