Expected Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
- Create and improve the brand’s identity and messaging, making sure it stands out and is easily recognized in the market.
- Develop long-term plans that align the brand with business goals. Make sure all marketing and communication reflect the brand’s values and objectives.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement brand-focused campaigns. Ensure all visuals and messages match the brand guidelines.
- Study market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to guide branding decisions and ensure the brand stays relevant.
- Develop a consistent story about the brand that is used across all platforms like social media, websites, and ads, connecting with the target audience.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand stragy, marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey the brand’s value proposition effectively. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
simultaneously. - Creative and strategic mindset with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with tech or Apple products is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
